Our PRO ACTIV DUO vacuum erection device is designed to be durable and long-lasting, however there may be times when replacement parts are necessary, especially since our erection/enlargement systems are used long term. 

The penis cylinder is designed for use with the battery-powered erection or enlargement PRO ACTIV DUO motor pump. It is made from high quality plastic with smooth edges for increased comfort and measures 8.75 inches long and 2 inches in diameter.

To improve the comfort of the cylinder further, or to reduce the diameter to better accommodate penis size, we have cylinder rings, which fit on the end of the standard cylinder and are made from soft plastic. The body shield can be used as well to prevent scrotal entrapment. This is when the scrotum gets drawn into the penis cylinder when pumping. Most men find that they do not need the body shield because scrotal entrapment can be avoided in most instances by gently pulling the scrotum away from the end of the penis cylinder when pumping. However, the body shied is available for those men who need it despite this.

If you wish to use your penis enlargement/erection device with an erection maintaining ring, the cylinder loading cone can make this easier. The cone fits onto the end of the penis cylinder to easily slide the ring onto the end of the cylinder. Once the penis is erect, slide the ring off the cylinder and onto the base of the penis. Be sure to use some lubricating gel on the cone as this will make the process easier.
